Tätä Tervetuliaisbonusta (jäljempänä “Kampanja”) tarjoaa betkwiff (“betkwiff”, “me” tai “meidän”). Osallistumalla Kampanjaan osallistujat sitoutuvat noudattamaan näitä ehtoja, jotka ovat voimassa yhdessä betkwiffin käyttöehtojen ja vedonlyöntisääntöjen kanssa.
1. Kampanja toimii siten, että lyöt vetoa 30€ ja saat 50€ yllätysvedon + korottuvan kertoimen alkuperäisestä vedostasi.
2. Osallistuaksesi Kampanjaan osallistujien on talletettava ja asetettava yhdistelmäveto:
(a) 30€ panoksella valiten mitä tahansa vedonlyöntikohteita (pois lukien kahden suunnan vedot tai niin sanotut tuplamahdollisuus vedot)
(b) vähintään 2 valinnalla.
(c) vähintään 2.0 yhteiskertoimella.
3. Kampanja on voimassa 13/12/2023 klo 12:00 (GMT-3) alkaen 31/07/2027 klo 12:00 (GMT-3) asti (“Kampanja-aika”).
4. Kampanja on voimassa vain:
(a) uusille Suomessa asuville asiakkaille;
(b) vähintään 18-vuotiaille asiakkaille.
5. Vain ensimmäinen vedonlyönti uutena asiakkaana otetaan huomioon tarjouksessa. Jos ensimmäinen vetosi ei täytä 2. kohdassa esitettyjä kriteerejä, et ole oikeutettu tervetulotarjoukseen
6. Vain osallistumista varten tehdyllä vedolla on taattu korottuva kerroin.
7. Kampanjan vaatimuksissa otetaan huomioon vain alkuperäisen vedon
kertoimet; korotettuja kertoimia ei oteta huomioon tarjouksessa.
8. Korottuvan kertoimen koko voi vaihdella ja se takaa vain kertoimen
kasvun.
9. Pienempien panosten kerääntyminen ei lasketa mukaan tähän
tarjoukseen.
10. Osittain lunastetut vedot eivät lasketa mukaan tähän tarjoukseen.
11.Rajoitettu yksi palkinto asiakasta, taloutta ja IP-osoitetta kohti. Seuraamme muita tietoja väärinkäytön tunnistamiseksi.
12. Yllätysvedot myönnetään oikeutetuille osallistujille enintään 48 tunnin kuluessa kelpoisen vedon asettamisesta.
13. Yllätysvedon mahdolliset voitot maksetaan nostettavissa olevina käteisinä, lukuun ottamatta panosta.
14. Tätä kampanjaa ei voi käyttää yhdessä minkään muun kampanjan kanssa.
15. Pidätämme oikeuden muuttaa, keskeyttää tai peruuttaa kampanja milloin tahansa; tähän vetoa jo tehneitä pelaajia ei vaikuta.
16. Jos epäilemme, että osallistuja käyttää lunastusta tai muita mekanismeja väärin tässä kampanjassa, pidätämme oikeuden olla maksamatta mahdollisia voittoja.
17. Jos olet saanut meiltä sähköpostitse tarjouksista pois sulkemista koskevan ilmoituksen, et ole oikeutettu tähän kampanjaan.
B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotion terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Failure to comply with these promotion terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion. Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.
B.2 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.
B.3 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, family, household, email address, IP, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).
B.4 Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, will be found to be in breach of these terms and conditions if kwiff at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular, fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred.
B.5 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.
B.6 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof.
B.7 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.
B.8 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
B.9 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
B.10 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.
B.11 The promoter of this Promotion is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta.
B.12 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
